AbilityOne and our NPAs have a commitment to training and development for people with significant disabilities. Each NPA has a background in development and implementation of comprehensive training programs for their workforce, helping to ensure that each employee is prepared for their role on your contract. AbilityOne also offers recommendations for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and improve performance on your contract.
