President Bush appointed three new Committee members and re-appointed Andrew D. Houghton. The new members are:

  • Perry E. Anthony, of Virginia (Department of Education)
  • Robert J. Henke, of Virginia (Department of Veterans Affairs)
  • James House, of Maryland (Department of Agriculture)
